A new favorite!!!!!
I loved this book so much from the first page to the last. I found it hard to stop reading because things got more intense from one chapter to the other. It literally took my breathe away and I was just stomping because I had no other idea how to release my feelings. This book is perfect. I had a sweet dream about Percy and Annabeth so I'm guessing I did so much reading.
Thing I loved the most? PERCABETH. FINALLY! Oh my gosh, finally! They finally reunited. Ugh, I super love these 2! It wasn't hard to keep up with the story especially during the Percabeth scenes. I also enjoyed scenes with the other demigods (especially you, Leo. I really like you), but I'm starting to dislike Piper. I hate how she's acting... just because she's a daughter of Aphrodite? Hmm. But I'm giving the girl a chance since she saved Jason and Percy. And there's still two books!!!
The book is totally compelling. Rick Riordan might have inherited Aphrodite's charmspeak and secretly put a "continue reading" between the lines. There's some twists in the story, specifically Hazel and Leo's history. I was wondering how it affected them but I seemed to haven't noticed it in the book. I think the book is filled with much more romance than The Lost Hero and The Son of Neptune but it doesn't really bother me because it does not make the story less interesting.
I don't know why I loved how it ended. I SHOULDN'T but I did. In the last few chapters, things were happening so fast I was having a hard time breathing. As usual, it ended cliffy which leads me to the next book, The House of Hades.
Overall, I love the book. I really don't know how to unlove it. Everything is awesome! Their adventures were dangerous but seriously? I LOVED IT. I entered into a world I've never been to, met creatures I didn't even know, fought (in my imagination) with seven demigods. FANTASTIC!
